Need to return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Any full priced item can be returned for a refund up to 14 days after your delivery date. Items that are 15% off or more are final sale. A $7.95 handling fee will be subtracted from the refund for Shipping/Handling. Please see our exclusions for refund below. If 14 days from delivery date pass will not accept the return.
All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to email@example.com.
If you place an order and need to cancel you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
If your return does not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported.

Once your package is marked "delivered" we are no longer responsible for the shipment. If you order is lost and not marked delivered please open a case with USPS or UPS. We suggest you purchase Route protection at checkout for protection on your order. We will not refund you once marked delivered.
