Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for post office delays. Once
USPS confirms delivery on the order, we are not responsible for the order. If you have an issue with
delivery, please follow up at your local post office or click this link to assist with missing mail
All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to email@example.com. If your return does not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be
returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of
wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported.
For most orders we can accommodate a cancellation as long as the order has not been processed yet. For major drops (ex. Rylee&Cru, Quincy Mae, Jamie Kay, etc.) once an order has been placed on drop day, it may not be cancelled with out a 15% restocking fee.
